I agree with that. TN has virtually been dead to UF for the last 4 years anyway. Nothing like a sweet September Saturday in the Swamp. Looking forward to it myself. So, the rivalry is now relevant again?
Thank you, Coach Kiffin!!
You just accomplished in two days what Fulmer could not manage in the last four years.

The day I became anti-Fulmer was this year with my Gator friend in Neyland. He told me that UT was irrelevant as long as Fulmer was in Knoxville, that most Gator fans did not give UT a second thought, and that he was more worried about playing Ole Miss the next week.
His last thought lent GREAT credence to his first two.![]()
End Zone dances don't beat teams, Vercingetorix. Playmakers and coaching DO! Georgia hasn't won ANYTHING since those shenanigans in the endzone in Jacksonville. They beat UF...so? No championships. I hope our team NEVER, EVER dances in the endzone after scoring a freaking touchdown. We need to play and conduct ourselves at a highter standard. Once again...we're not Georgia. We're Tennessee! We're better than that.
short term, no. Long term, absolutely. It gets UT relevant again and allows us to begin to close the gap rather than cede it passively.
actually no, it doesn't. it makes him look stupid. it's like when a small yappy dog is ready to break the leash, up on its hind legs barking at a Great Dane passing by, and the bigger dog is completely aloof, ignoring the minor annoyance.
these comments are a liability, not the basis for our rise in the SEC. you talk "£%^& after the game, after you put some points on the board. until then, you take pride in the craft of preparation. silent and determined to prove yourself.
Go Vols!
