Does Heupel reel in Arch Manning?

It will be hard to get him away from Ole Miss, way to much family history. We were lucky to get Peyton. He'll be royalty as soon as he steps on campus. Lots of pressure but he has some great role models to help him handle it.

Heupel couldnt even land mid tier Florida talent at UCF and you are asking if he lands Arch Manning.

What planet do you some of you live on?

Recruited just as good if not better than Frost..m it's UCF..

Heupel is one of the best QB coaches in America. Tutored Bradford into a Heisman winning #1 pick. Turned lock into an NFL QB, etc.

Stop being a cry baby because your BF didn't get hired.

Too early to tell ATM, all of it depends on what Arch wants, I’m sure the Manning’s are guiding him to do what’s best for him and not what they want, they are not like that, I see it’ll be what best for him if he wants to start early, he’ll go to that kinda school, if he wants to sit a year, he’ll go to that school, etc

Remember Whites Dad at Duke w Cut. which at least opens a discussion. I think kid ends up at LSU

I don’t think so, college is a stepping stone in the Manning Legacy, the NFL is the end game. No way Arch goes anywhere that’s not going to get him 100% NFL ready, which is why I think Cutcliffe isn’t out of the picture. I think that family would rather he go to Duke and be NFL prepared than go to a school where he puts up a ton of numbers (a la Jimmy Clausen). I highly doubt Eli went to Ole Miss with Cut thinking he was going to win a Championship

No. If you're a Manning do you put your family up against the Vol expectation machine. He'll end up somewhere like LSU, Florida, Texas, OSU, Michigan or even Bama. I don't see Ole Miss or Tennessee being in play.

Is he a pocket passer or a runner RPO type quarterback? You have to assess the fit with the offense scheme. As others note how will he be prepared for the NFL?
