Does Fulmer go Kicking and Screaming?

The problem is who would we get for a coach. All of the bright young football minds are already coaching in the SEC...Saban, Meyer, Miles...not to mention Spurrier. Who is out there for the Vols to go after? TLK1012

there are many brilliant minds out there...such as urban at utah's out there, don;t always look at the big names, look at the successful builders....example: bruce pearl at Wisc Green Bay, not kentucky or N Caroline, and look what he is building, there are several very good coaches out there.....i would like to see if rich rodriquez would leave wv, but i am not even going there....that is light years away....we are screwed for maybe two more years. Fulmer wold have to bow out, Hamilton gave the assistants a two year extension, he would give Fulmer no less. Guess what we are dissolving.

what happened last year is ahppening this year, and now this year will happen next year....UCLA first game 0-1

What's with the attitude, let's not fire Fulmer b/c we don't know who his replacement is....what a load. I agree with you 100%

can you post a copy of what ur email said to them?

To Hamilton:
Mr. Hamilton,

When is enough going to be enough for you?

The majority of the Vol fan base has had enough of this coaching staff. Football has passed Fulmer by. His coaching tactics/strategies are antiquated and its time for a new staff.

Do what you know needs to be done. Fire Phillip Fulmer now before he drags this program down with him.

He's now 26-26 against current SEC coaches.

When are we going to stop basking in the glory of the 98 National Championship?

To Fulmer:
Coach Fulmer,

If you love UT as much as you say you do (and I have no doubt you do), then please resign and save this program from being dragged down by your antiquated coaching philosophies.

You're now 26-26 against current SEC coaches. That's not UT football, that's Arkansas football.

I honestly think Fulmer is wanting to go out on a positive note after a good season, but I think this year Hamilton asks him to step down.

it really really sucks for me to say this, but i do not want fulmer coaching the vols next year.

i really like the guy - and he did a lot for our program, but its time for him to step down.

today was embarrassing - most embarrassed i have been of tennessee in a while - even more so than 2005.

its not so much schemes any more or gameplans, or anything like that. its attitude.
i mean i will take a conservative gameplan anyday if the players are going to push the other team around. i will take a liberal gameplan, if its executed correctly and the players are pushing the other team around.

we are getting pushed around. its not strategy or coaching intelligence.

I have emailed Hamilton, Fulmer, Chancellor of UT Campus, President Peterson and Stuart, the President of the Alumni Assoc. I will share email addresses if you want them.

Fullamanure's too stubborn to leave voluntarily...

...unles someone leaves a trail of Krispy Kremes from his office to the walrus compound at the zoo.
