If I'm not mistaken we went into last season ranked in the top 25. We had a bad season. It happens. Granted our offense looked terribad, but we had a great defense so the season was not a complete loss. I don't see why we can't have a great team this year. Preseason rankings are not the end all be all or who will win.

Also how is it that one bad season and we are the laughing stock of CFB but ND can get ranked year after year?
