Dobbs under center

Some really good posts on this thread. Agree about the change of pace put in by the OC & staff for the bowl game. One thought, however: if Joshua Dobbs had been under center for that one magical play, chances are he wouldn't have picked up that low snap & made that amazing touchdown run while flying through the air.

Did anybody happen to see Bammer run their "jumbo" short yardage play against MSU? Two 300+ lbs of DLs used as lead blockers for Henry. It would bother me not to see KMac & Shy lead block for our 240+ lb running back in a short yardage play against the Tide or Gators next year.
How about Mosley running the "fridge" play...on short yardage.

I hope we stick to what worked this year when we rushed for more yards than we have in a decade, and that is read options/counters/power runs/sweeps out of the shotgun. With our speed on the edges, and as well as our receivers block, there's no need to line dobbs up under center. Plus, lining him up under center severely limits what he can do with his legs.

We definitely don't need to risk injuring our 5* defensive tackles by power blocking on offense, our offensive line is plenty good enough. Y'all had a little too much New Years cheer.
