Dobbs meets with Raiders, shines in Senior Bowl Practices

I think he would really get a legitimate shot with McKenzie and the Raiders. Cleveland is a sinkhole.. a cold azz sinkhole. Playing with the Raiders, starting in a couple of years and teaming up with K Mac.. Good luck Mr Dobbs!!

Actually...

I could see Dobbs leading Cleveland back to relevancy. Just like he did for us.

He would dial in. He'd actually get QB COACHING!! Finally!!

He'd be able to create offense for Cleveland. He'd give them a chance to win. He's always been that type of player. We've seen it over a dozen times!

He's a grounded young man who would get involved in the community and get better and better as a proffesional.

NFL don't want to take huge risks on QB's anymore. I think Josh will go on to team but it's gonna be a team that's going to fill Depth in that dept.

I say somewhere between 5-7th round

The other QB that is getting allot of attention is Nathan Peterman...You know the QB that some TN fans were glad to see leave:eek:lol::eek:lol::eek:lol:

Oh yeah. The guy who often mishandled the snap and tried to run for his life or throw a floater harmlessly downfield. See what a good OC and QB coach can do. Wish we had a head coach at UT that understood that.

I agree. I kinda want him to go to Cleveland. First of all, there would be no expectations. Even if he leads them to 3 wins it would be seen as a win. Also Cleveland has a ton of picks the next 2 drafts and they will be loaded. If the Browns (can for a change) make some good decisions on draft day, they could have a good team in 2 years.

It's just one day...

But D4H might have been RIGHT about Dobbs...

He might be a 1st rnd QB.

I love JD, but I would bet the house that he will not be selected in the first round. Just not going to happen. Third round is the ceiling IMO, which isn't necessarily a bad thing.

That's true Little vol... I think he has the drive to make an immediate impact. It's just Cleveland is just so far down, and they need so many pieces in place to be a contender. Pros are faster bigger and stronger than college. Plus him being on the run for his life and taking hits for 16 games would take it's toll on young Mr. Dobbs.

Reading on Twitter that Dobbs had another strong day. Scouts are really impressed with his arm strength and ***gasp*** accuracy.

Consensus seems to be that he's been the best QB on the South team ahead of Davis Webb (Cal) who was more hyped going into the week.
