Do you use Photoshop?

For those of you that use Photoshop, can you tell me which version you use? Any links or webpages that you could give for more information??

I am still using Photoshop CS. Do you have a specific question?

Not really anything specific. I have had a couple people tell me a little about it and I was interested in using it. I have gone out to Adobe's website and read a little about it. Just trying to get the "leyman's" version of kinda what you can do with the program, etc.

You can pretty much do anything with it. It's very powerful. If you are looking for something free that also has a lot of very powerful features you might look at The Gimp.

Photoshop is expensive and not worth purchasing if you aren't someone that will use it.

If you can get it free, it's a great program. You can open it and dabble for days trying new things, looking over web tutorials, etc. It's a professional product and certainly has incredible power.

It's used by professional printers, like a pre-press thing because the colors are so well defined.
