Why does everyone expect for us to be any better this year. Kiff is still playing with Fulmers players. I am telling you, give him a year or two to get his players in...we will win a championship.

Vols 2011 NC

the schedule is somewhat easier this year. plus, this isn't the same offense we were running in '08. the offensive scheme was a huge reason for the problems we had last year. am i saying it's going to be an explosion of points every game? no. but i do think we see some more success out of the O this year.

Oh no doubt that we will see ''some'' improvement in the O this year, but I think with Crompton killing worms we're not going to amount to much. Our defense, like last year, is what will keep us in games.

I don't think Kiffin is suggesting to people to leave, no. I think he's saying, "Look, right now, you guys don't have what it takes to compete at the level we want. Now you can do 1 of 3 things. You can quit the team, you can transfer, or you can bust your butt to get better and earn your way to a starting position." The hard-workers will respond, the duds will leave the team.

Yes, he kicked Morley off the team, but he deserved it, as he was missing practices and showing up late to meetings, etc.

I agree

It doesn't matter if 20 quit. We can only sign 25 a year. So, with that said, every swinging Richard we signed this year will be on the field. I seriously doubt we red-shirt anyone now.

I'm pretty sure your wrong on your numbers there
