Last year we didnt run the score up on CAL. Do you think they would do the same for us if the VOLS fell behind?

crazy post.

running up score should not be a consideration. if the other team can not stop you, it's too bad for them.

I believe it was Bobby Bowden who said, "It's not MY job to keep my team from scoring, it's theirs," Or something like that.

I do agree with all the above pionts. I'm sorry guys I'm not good at this. The piont im trying to make is, we could have made last years game look a lot worse if we had wanted to. I don't think they would do the same for us. Again sorry I'm learning.

Welcome to the boards ufc-TN. You now must offset your first post by posting something about how TN is going to humiliate Cal :good!:.

On my few visits to the cal board, I did see a lot of people there grateful that Fulmer called off his dogs in the 4th quarter.

But that necessarily translate into what the coaching staffs intensions are.

I don't think they would call off the dogs if they got the chance. They would probably leave their starters in 80% of the game even if they were up by 40. They want to prove they are better. Too bad they can't.
