Does anyone feel like if Simms is the QB that we would beat an upstart Vandy team? If so, why? I have no confidence in him as a QB. Franklin has Vandy playing pretty well in his first year.

I don't have an opinion on him playing vanderbilt, but it's really not that fair to use play against the #1 and #2 teams as your barometer of how badly someone will play against vanderbilt

It's not just the two teams this year. I factor in his entire time here at UT. Awful.

Probably.

South Carolina and Arkansas should beat the hell out of us, MTSU and Kentucky should be walk-throughs.

We may be in for a dog fight against Vandy.

Yes. I think the better question is 6-6 or do we get a much needed big win against USCjr? Arkanasas...well..our secondary...isn't so great. I'm scared to see that game.

only way we make a bowl this yr is if Bray comes back by the Vandy game...we WILL NOT beat SC or ARK, Vandy is gonna be close, hell with Simms we might even lose to MTSU..lmao..season is pretty much over after the last 2 games...and getting beatdown by ALA again tonight showed how low we have dropped since the loss of Bray....

USCe and Arkansas beat us up good and Vandy I have no doubt will beat us this year....Unlike UT they are playing like a TEAM if anybody has actually watched them this year.

You have no doubt Vandy will beat us this year? Lol. So they were a fluke and took UGA to the limit once this year.

If we don't solve our QB problem, Vandy will be a tough game. It's possible our team will be completely demoralized by then. This is where we were last year, with a losing record going into a tough USCe game, then Bray stepped in and gave us the spark we needed to finish strong. Maybe Worley can do it; maybe not. Bray already had PT; Worley has not.

There have been several articles and tweets saying that Bray will not be back for the regular season, so I don't think it's realistic to expect him back for Vandy.

If you cannot appreciate the extra practice and what it does to help teams, then I don't know what to say. The rich get richer. Same deal with bowl teams.

I'm afraid not. the QB problem can't be fixed. the only hope was for Simms to play well enough for us to win 6. Justin has too much to learn and is just beginning to learn.. system will have to be dialed down for him to manage
