If everyone that use to complain about Fulmer and Chavis asked the football gods for forgiveness? Damn I miss both of them!

Be sure to mention Clint Stoerner - I'm pretty sure if we are cursed he has something to do with it.

We had losing seasons two of fulmers last 3 and recruiting was terrible over that period as well. Meaning we weren't going to be getting better anytime soon under that regime.

Agree we had lost some luster however, we won the East in 2007 and played for the SEC Championship. Even though we had a losing season in 2008, I feel we are a lot farther from being that competitive now than we were in Fulmers last year. Also, Hamilton fired Fulmer with 3 games left in the season and the team basically tanked after that (I.e. Wyoming)

LSU fans have plenty to complain about with Chavis tonight. The final Alabama drive was just Alabama exploiting the soft coverage and then baiting the defender on the screen pass. They basically handed them a TD.

I corrected you once, and you still can't count. It was two in the last 4, two 9 win seasons and bowl games in between. And having Tajh Boyd would've helped in itself.

I didn't know you ever corrected me. I thought I was correct in the 2 of the last 3. Even if you're right it's still 2 of his last 4. That's not what we need. The league had passed him by. We are in this position mostly because the program was allowed to deteriorate so much under fulmer. That plus the expierment with lil kiffie. As far as taj Boyd, one player doesn't make a program and for that point I think Tyler bray is the better qb

That loss is on Les. He left six points on the field by trying that fake fg, and later going for it in fg range. I'd take Chavis back in a heartbeat. Even in Fulmer's worst years the D was solid.
