99% of the time to me it seems like he hates being here. He's shown no passion/ excitement to get us back to where we should be. I'm interested to hear your thoughts.
No, hes intentionally sabotaging the program ... seriously ? It happens, with stupid turnovers and a non existent defense youāll lose. If anything look at the defensive staff
I think thats just his personality. He has said several times he really hates losing. However I think he may have to get used to it here. Fulmer has given Pruitt a blank check to rebuild the FB program. He can't ask for a better set up for a 1st yr coach and I'm sure he recognizes that. And the $. He became a millionaire accepting the UT job.
His heart isnāt hear but if heās ever going to get to his alma mater as a head coach he has to tear it up while here. And maybe thatās the problem.

I thought the same thing. Honestly, I donāt think he does. There was no reason to lose this game. We had superior talent at every position. On paper, we have a good coaching staff. What we lacked today was heart. What I saw today was a team and coaching staff that didnāt seem all that interested in football. Thatās on Pruitt.

I don't think he is throwing games but I also don't think this is a long term job for him. I think we were going to be a stepping stone for him. But that won't work if he doesn't get to winning. After seeing his lake of excitment on the sideline and hearing the "sun will come up tomorrow" comment. It just doesn't seem like his heart is at Tennessee. That loss should have broke his heart but he acted like it wasn't that bad.
Pruitt told all of you what he thought about this job when he decided to finish out as DC at Bama over getting to work immediately and permanently as the UT head coach
I think he's always seen this as a stepping stone. "If I do good at Tennessee I'll be on the short list when Saban retires."
He's a bummer born and bread. I remember him having trouble even saying he wanted to get UT back to where it was in the 90's when we were competing and beating the inbreds on a consistent basis. That was a warning sign.
Today was a STOP TURN AROUND DO NOT CROSS sign imo.
