Do you think LSU will win the NC this year?

I'm not arguing whether it is a lateral move, because I think it is, just going through the reasons they would leave.

I agree with JG if the FSU job opens up Richt will be first in line to take that program...Miles if given the oppurtunity will go to Mich in my opinion...that in turn could open up the door for Muschamp at UGA i believe he played there...If Richt lands at FSU, Fisher is gone, and it will be between him and Pelini on who gets the job, and honestly I dont believe that Pelini would take a Coordinator position under Fisher...

IF they get past Auburn in confrence, they might have a shot at it. Otherwise, I think we might be looking at a Ohio State v LSU NC.

If all the coaching changes in the above post take place, Maybe we should keep Fulmer, hell he'll be at the front of the list again with Saban and Meyer.

NO!

They will loose at least once and the way Hester runs, he will be hurt by the end of the season.
i guess tebow is going to get hurt by seasons end as well because he runs hard....you cant say that a player is going to get hurt because of the way he runs, hester hasnt fumbled but one time in his career and that was his first carry...these guys are in top notch physical condition and no one knows if they will get hurt or not...i personally love the way hester plays, runs hard, puts his head down and doesnt try to juke someone out of their shoes...only time will tell if you are right or not...i for one hope that he doesnt get hurt because he is an exciting player to watch...as for tebow....well i wont go there...

No way. Not in this crazy football season. LSU, California, BC, and Ohio ST. will all go down. USF and Hawaii have the best chances(easiest roads) to go undefeated. I think we will see two one-loss teams in the BCS championship.

Hey, I never said Ohio State wasnt overated. I am just saying they only have Illinois in their way. Michigan is no longer a factor and we all know about the AP voters and their favorites. Although Ohio St. is NOT the media darling they once were, if they go undefeated, they WILL be in consideration. I am opposed to this however due to the quality of wins they have had, but lets face it, every confrence this year has had significant changes in the ranks. My Aggies are leading the BIG 12 South as we speak. Helluva year for College Football fans across the nation.

I wouldn't write Michigan off so quickly in that game. They still have the offensive horses that led to their gaudy preseason ranking, and they show some signs of starting to crawl up off of the mat. In a rivalry game like that, with athletes on the other side of the ball, in the Big House, that game will not be a cakewalk.

UM will have a chance against OSU. UM can handle Big 10 football, just not any other kind of football.

couldnt agree more, and as a sports fan, I cant wait to see the outcome. Ohio St. has never really been appealing to me. Michigan, :search: never really caught the fever for em'. However, I do respect their tradition and the Big House makes for good tv. Rivalry games are always fun, but you also have to look at this. By the time they face Michigan, Ohio St. will have faced Wisc, Illinois, and a sneaky Jo Pa program. 2 of those 3 are currently ranked in the top 20. Big games,.... they will have seen them already. I say that, "big games for them this season" is what I mean.

They may see a lot more of them than they would like. Each of those games are loosable.

The ABC/ESPN/Herbstreit spin machine for the Big 10 will make sure that Ohio State is somehow in the title game again. Hopefully, LSU blows them out, like UF did last year.
