Do you think Butch will actually make any changes in the offseason?

Idk honestly. I think we need an overhaul on the offensive side of the staff but consider this. Mahoney has been with butch longer than any other coach on the staff. Debord has a long history with butch as well but I could see him walking if things get ugly. Shoop isn't going anywhere. That was butch's name guy and we had a lot of injuries on the defensive side of the ball. I agree with the earlier post though if debord is gone azzani gets promoted. Jones will go not go far without some serious changes on the offensive side of the ball and I just don't see that happening. Mahoney and debord need to go, azzani has no business being an offensive coordinator here. Tennessee should be able to get a proven commodity there. Just my opinions.

think it will be a mix of both... be surprised if CBJ just fires anyone but allows them to find something..

Thanks. I really respect that too. Just kind of wondering if anybody is just really wanting out on their own.

I expect staff changes. Shoop and Debord will stay both have proven they can do the job. If Debord left Azzani does not get promoted. Azzani is here for recruiting alone and missed on instate talent. He has also failed to develop several good players.
New strength And conditioning coach. He will hire a top notch guy. Injuries must stop and this can't be left to chance for a few bucks.
A new corners coach will be hired. If not Shoop may leave. Shoop can't play his style if D if we can't play man.
Mahoney is likely to be gone despite Butch's confidence in him. Butch knows his job is linked to better Oline play and a willingness to upgrade will be viewed as positive.
I hope to see a real QB coach. A guy that can recruit and teach with a good resume. Perhaps our next OC in waiting. If Debord steps aside then our next OC.
