Do you receive or kick against UF?

I know but my point was you have a chance to get the early momentum instead of them taking it for 50 yards and starting out in our territory.

And if we go 3 and out and are punting from the 28 then lets hope Culquitt does what he does.. 55+ yard punts. Also if we go three and out against the Florida defense we better hope it was our fault and not Florida's D... otherwise we're in for a long game.

I guess we are all wanting aggressiveness. I guess I am just hoping the D will come around even though I have no reason to believe they will.

That is almost identical to what they ran last year on the first play except they threw it deep . . . and it would have worked too if Ainge hadn't floated it.

I'm pretty sure they came up with that play after Spurrier ran it against UT several years ago. First time I had ever seen that play, but its a good one.

Be interested in hearing from lawgator1 or anyone that has watched their games about how deep the UF kicker has been hitting the kickoffs...
I realize it is more difficult to work in a back-handed compliment or be completely obnoxious about this question, but I was seriously looking for an answer from lawgator1 on this...

Oh well, anyone have a link to where one could find a stat for such a thing?

Great point but if we take it first we have to execute from the start. 3 and out and punting from the 28 and we are in deep doo doo early.

If that happens it will be the same as deferring to the 2nd half only to have it returned close to the 50 after kicking to start the game.
