i was raised with dogs. Alaskan malamute, pit bull, Lhasa Apso. but dogs are too high maintenance. gotta get up and take then out, bathe them, find somewhere for them to stay if you leave for a few days.

cats go in the automatic litter box, give them themselves baths and are just fine if you leave for a few days. just put food and water in the feeder and they're good.

that said i voted i like dogs because they're loyal nice animals. i just prefer cats
