I’m making two batches of dressing - one regular, and one with sausage and pecans. Two batches of cornbread, two sweet onions, three yellow onions, 12 or so long celery stalks, 12 slices of white bread, etc etc.

Worked in Michigan for a while. They’re decent enough folks but Ohio, Ohio sucks. Ohio is the smelly armpit of America. It stinks from Cincinnati to Toledo. Cincinnati smells like diesel plus they put cinnamon in their chili. Toledo smells like corn and dust. Everyone I’ve ever met from Ohio is an asswhole. And the cops there suck.
