I just caught a video on the Tennessee football facebook page. Heupel was right there in the middle of all the guys encouraging them as they were doing their cleans. I'm not saying that he's here and we're going undefeated, but damnit, what a fresh breath of air to see some leadership amongst these young men.

can we just stop talking about the ex every given chance? Let's move on. Let's not mention Dooley unless we're saying we wish him well. Let not mention Butch unless we're saying good luck at your new school.
Stop the complaining, stop the looking back to the past and failures, and let's just move on with our lives.

While we're at it let's stop commenting on threads with subjects we have no interest in. You go first.

Nice concept.
Just not the VN way.

Have they changed the rule about limits on time a coach can be in contact with the players? Used to be that the strength & conditioning and health/nutrition staffs were the only ones without real contact limits.

Do we have a strength coach? And was he working out too?

Great another Dooley 2.0 showing them how to clean.. Well at least we won't have staph infections.

Beldar was in the weight room lifting a piece of gump cornbread to his doosh-nozzle mouth.

He was. All coaches are to a certain time. They all make videos like the one you saw for Heupel. Once the system is put in place, videos for recruits are done , they only monitor progress once in a while. They have tons on their plate.

I know Pruitt failed here but he did not fail for lack of trying. He is a smart football coach who just wasnt ready for a demanding rebuild like TN is.
