The OP post wasn't related to anyone being wrong with calling them Jennings and Peterson or Peterson's daddy's name. The question pertained to Jennings retain the designation of JJ. You can call them what you want. So can I. I got my opinion, you got yours. Now, let's see what VN dictates in regard to either.

I would be shocked if we see him anytime soon. It’s take a while to be in shape to play at this level and by every report I’ve seen and all I’ve talked to have said the same thing. He’s not ready.... Playing at this point could really jeopardize his health.

The kid showed up to campus portly and terribly out of shape.
My guess would be once he reaches an acceptable level of conditioning, we'll see brief appetences in at least 4 games.

Not a chance, he’s not nearly in shape to play yet. Only way he sees the field is if we have several injuries tonight. And just for the record, I call him Jam Peterson since his name is Jamarcus, avoids any confusion with the SOLIDIFIED J. Jennings.

I thought someone said he was not in football shape and wouldn't see the field until late in the year, if at all. Has there been an update on him making some strides in practice? Just curious, because I had just moved on from thinking he would be a factor this year.

And in other news Freshman Cornerback for Bama looks like an NFL starter. They will not lose a game and win every one of them by 30. Even the Natty. Ridiculous.
