Does anyone know if we have a contract and how long?
And do you think the new coach may go with different uniforms?

I'm not a fan of Adidas. I like Nike's stuff. Weren't we with Nike in the 90's?

Yes,but Sports Belle made our uniforms though

But my only concern w/ Nike is that i'm scared they have us looking worse than Oregon.

I think if they keep it simple, like with Alabama, it would look good.

we had an all nike contract at one point, as in Sports Belle not even making the unis, late in the 90s.

Does Nike still hold the big HS camps in their Nike schools? For that reason alone, I'd like to go back to Nike. It's essentially one giant, free recruiting trip if Nike would hold the camp at UT.

I would be happy with Nike, but leave Under Armor for the Marylands and S. Carolinas of the world.

Our contract always gives us the right to have final say over the appearance of the uniforms.

What I have never liked is us drinking Gatorade.

A lot of schools used to have contracts with Nike up through the mid 90s..including my alma mater Arkansas State. But then started the issue of different supplier deals for different sports...whereas with high schools it was all under one umbrella, so Nike, with the exception of a few schools that Nike chose, got out of the university business and focused on high schools.
