For all the lucky fans getting to go to the Game tomorrow Volnation needs you to do us all a Favor and DO NOT SIT DOWN!!!. We need Neyland to be AS LOUD AS POSSIBLE. If you get some Old farts, uppity vol snobs, or fans that think they're at a movie, sitting behind you and try to get you to sit down tell them in your own way to Get lost. And if you are that fan that tells people to sit down and your reading this do me a favor and SELL YOUR TICKETS. We need energy and noise to beat Oregon not Fans that think they're at a social event or a Golf tournament.

I know this has been covered but we need the crowd to be loud and that means 100,000 people standing and yelling when were on Defense. Noise causes False starts, confusion, and makes their offense use a silent count. A way to overcome the mismatches they present is to use the crowd noise to our advantage. And if you don't think it makes a diffrence your crazy.

It's simple: When were on offense= Sit and shut up
When were on Defense= Stand and YELL

Wise advice. Half the stadium is just there to be around the cool kids though.

Just in case some of you forgot how to stand and yell at a game I've included instructions and a Picture to help you out.

Standing
is a human position in which the body is held upright and supported only by the feet, referred to as an orthostatic state

A scream, shout, holler, vociferation, yell, outcry, or steven is a loud vocalization in which air is passed through the vocal cords with greater force than is used in regular or close-distance vocalization.

I told the person who bought my tickets to the game that it was required for them to stand the entire game and yell until they can't yell anymore

Actually, go ahead and sit down and enjoy that cool refreshing beverage. Why yell? It is such a huge stadium that nobody will hear you anyway. It might be a good time to consider a nap.

No I just thought it was ironic that someone who just joined felt the need to comment on how many times they had seen a particular topic posted.

And Yes I can take some sarcasm but just like the other 400,123,683,409 Sarcastic post on volnation before yours, You better believe that You were gonna get attacked and called a name in response. Thanks:good!:

By the way Welcome to the Nation, seriously :hi:

Maybe I will regret saying this come 24 hours, but I hope Neyland is as loud as ever. Autzen's a special place to Oregon and it's because it's LOUD. I know... 60K fans vs. 100K+, yada yada yada. But I think any UT fan that goes to Eugene in 2 years will learn what makes that place special.

I'm a die hard, Oregon fan but good college football is a particularly special thing... It's what makes it better then the pro's in my opinion. Here's to a great atmosphere and a good game. :clapping:

Go Ducks!

Hey Vols Inc, the ADA says my ticket is just as good as yours and I have just as much right to be there as you do. I gave a knee and my back in service to the Vols and can outyell almost anyone in that stadium standing up.
