Our SEC win opponents had a combined record of 5-27 in SEC play. So, pretty sure that gives us zero quality wins in conference play given that two of them were tied for most conference wins at 2.

Is this some type of moral victory defense of our sub par performance? It is evident Tennessee has returned to the bottom tier of the SEC. Next season we won't be able to sniff 8 wins.

It means we only were beaten by very good teams, which is better than being beaten by a ****** teams. I would think that was obvious, but since this is Volnation where the brain damaged frequently post I should have known better. Carry on with your woman in beauty parlor emotions.

Are you saying it’s OK to get beaten by good teams? We should just accept that we can only beat bad teams? In year 2 of Heupel we beat good teams and only lost to 1 bad team. In year 5 we lost to every FBS team with a winning record and barely beat 2 bad SEC teams. We are not headed in the right direction.
