And the answer to that is a resounding hell no. People should be able to get help getting on their feet. But they should not be "kept" on their feet by the government. Which in effect is the working people who pay taxes.you have yet to provide anything other than some Dem talking points. You talk about living in a bubble and it appears yours is all too real. Dems only care about the poor and downtrodden as long as it keeps them on the govt dole and voting for people with a D next to their name
no one likes paying taxes but most realize they do serve a purpose. The argument is around whether they should be used to take from one group in order to give to another.
Tell me why I am delusional and explain why the democrats want to steal all your hard earned money and give it to lazy homeless people.
Out of Curiosity, what are your ideological views on how this country should be run?
This is what I was asked....this would take a huge amount of time to answer in full....those of us that have a business to run simply don't have time to write political essays...go smoke some dope in the hookah with Persian Vol
Liberals think that other people are selfish and untrustworthy and therefore should be forced to pay taxes to support the "good" things liberals want done. They also tend to think of themselves as both "good" and as having done their part by simply being liberal. Therefore it is just "fair" that they have special deals to let them avoid taxes.
Fundamentally, liberals and more broadly "progressives" demand big gov't and loath freedom because they fear others will use their freedom in ways that do not conform to the liberal notions of "good" and "fair".
Small "L" libertarianism which includes a broad swath of Main Street "conservatives" in America promote small gov't with less power because they respect the freedom of other people and loath gov't interference.
We ALL tend to think that others think or feel like us. If you are instinctively selfish (not saying you behave that way) then you are more likely to think others must be "forced" to share. If your instinct is that others ARE your responsibility and that you should help them directly then you tend to believe gov't is a huge problem when it comes to helping people.
My goodness.
So liberals hate freedom but conservatives are freedom lovers? smh
It is quite simple. Liberals tend to see government as inherently good in an economic sense while conservatives see government as a necessary evil (that should be limited) in an economic sense.
The role is flipped when it comes to social issues. Liberals promote freedom while conservatives believe they should legislate morality.

I'm not gonna waste my time asking for why you think it's wrong, because you and douchebag probably have to go to the beach, or go to work, of whatever excuse you have to not answer a simple question. And that's because you don't have an answer.
