To my knowledge any team that runs a 4-3 with 2 corners and 2 safeties runs a version of the Tampa 2. It places a premium on speed, so the D-line is usually on the small side, and the linebackers need to have enough speed to cover receivers since they are responsible for the zone 10 yards back from the LOS and between the corners. The corners have to have above average cover skills and the safeties must be good at run support. Simple but very effective.
I think the Vols base D is pretty similar.
