DLine recruit

What recruits in DD's first 2 classes do you not like?

Fade, will you answer the question above? You have been complaining about DD's recruiting since he got here, in some form or fashion, and often insinuate that we aren't getting good ball players.
Which ones out of the first 3 classes do you not like? And why?

Overall, I think Dools has done pretty well in recruiting given the current state of the program. However, signing guys like Carson, Greg Clark, Blanc, that 2* lb from Cincy is a head-scratcher. You and I both know these guys will not see significant playing time in their careers at UT - if they do, then that in itself is a sign of big trouble. I just don't get signing guys like that...........I think it sends the wrong message across the recruiting landscape to other recruits, recruiting services, and to our rivals in the SEC. IMO, JMO, TIFWIW

That is him , he has said it himself here.

There was a skeeter imposter on twitter that was shot down recently. Maybe he has one but if he does he loses credibility IMO because that twitter was full of it and no way anyone in the office is tweeting that junk without getting in trouble.

Jordan Williams and Brian Randolph should be added to that list. Justin Coleman as well. And Tino Thomas should go on that list as well.

So 4 in 3 years. That's not bad.
And that lb from Fla that was going to cincy will be a baller.

Every school in the nation takes project kids, you think Bama only recruits high 4 star and 5 star kids? No class is going to be full of high caliber kids, why not take a chance on some kids that have potential? You can bet on it that every year, each school is going to take a couple kids that are questionable and hope that they turn into role players.

Could be Covington. Know he is committed to USCjr but that came from out of nowhere as I thought Tennessee lead for him for awhile. JMO

I'll concede that. Well, can't do anything but trust the staff knows what they're doin, I guess.

^ All 3*s ^. Everyone i listed was a 2*..........big difference. Nice try, tho.

If by the kid from cincy, you're referring to Bynum (the LB from FL who was committed to cincy) he was a 3star.

Kenneth Bynum - Yahoo! Sports

And how could you or anyone else possibly know how good or bad those kids will be? Especially guys like Blanc and Bynum who are from the 2012 class. smh

No idea, these kids do things for a reason i guess. Mccullers was a vol long before he went public, i dont know why on that one either.

I Get that but its frustrating to read threads like this cause there was one about an instate recruit whoo suposidly commited to dooley over the phone but didn't go public so that's two recruits right there that would give us eight commits if they would just go publicy y would u stay silent

last year I saw 2 moms blindsided by there sons choices of where to go. (probably alot more) 1 was the UA game, and the mom basically said no your not. the other was Otha. its impossible to predict the stuff, but its alot of fun to follow. It makes me laugh when people give Skeeter grief. thank you for bringing us what you know Skeeter.

I dont know on the instate recruit. I do know a couple that are apparently close to pulling the trigger, like Gray.

So Skeeter, you're not gonna give us a name, or even a hint of this new "kinda commitment?" :)
