If utfanuntilidie really does that job... and really approaches kids with a presumption that they are cut from a mold... then he/she REALLY needs to re-evaluate his/her suitability for that career.

E) Jackson is subject to a fairly rigid UT policy concerning behavior. If he failed a drug test... there's a procedure. That procedure/policy was tightened up after Coker was dismissed after failing 4 drug tests. Bottom line: He IS being handled within the constraints of the applicable rules and laws... Where do any of you get off suggesting that the rules should be changed after the fact to punish him more severely?

Amen. Well except Coker actually failed 5 before he was dismissed! But otherwise, couldn't have said it better myself!

Ok, Ihad a chat with my wife last nite and she said if hes cleared he should play, so maybe im wrong. I still feel he should be suspende for the year. Ijust wanted to apologize if i offended anyone but my opinion hasnt changed.

What if...JJ was suspended for the first game for not being to practice on time, and he was invited to a Bible study by the young lady who tricked him into a trip to the Pilot with Nuke and Mike?

As far as any of you KNOW, that could have been the situation just as easily as any of the stories floated by the "inside sources."

It's over, he's been cleared to participate, and Kentucky...Heeee's baaaa-aaaack!

Do you know how many people, college kids in particular (Michael Phelps), smoke weed? Maybe if we can get them all into rehab programs we can save the economy.

I'm dissapointed in how harsh some people are. Since when is it being a bad person for going to a store that's right next to campus at 2A.M. How do you know he wasn't out getting some snacks or some type of drinks cause he might be studying for a big test! It's not like he was intoxicated when all this happened! I still can't believethat people are not satisfied with JJ sitting out a 2 game suspension plus missing all team activities for 2+ weeks! Now that all charges have been dropped and it is looking like the only thing he's guilty of is riding to the store with 2 complete idiots! It really ticks me off seeing people dogging him! He's 18 years old and was in wrong place wrong time. Also people how can you say your dissapointed in CLK? I think he handled the whole situation the way it should have been! He waited to find out the facts and didn't throw the kid under the bus on National TV or Radio! Hell I never even heard him saying anything bad about the 2 bumbleing idiots that did break the law! Well I'm going to quit babbling just been reading some posts and had to blow off some steam! Just can't see how some people are ready to throw JJ to the wolves! Actually I think if Tenn. Had kicked him off the team and turned there backs on him then that could've been bad for the kid! He may have really turned into a menace to society! I think he probably got told this is his last oppertunity to hang around idiots and that he represents a great university and to get his head on straight because if not he won't be playing at Tenn. Anymore! But regardless of how people feel he's back on the team and he's been cleared of all charges! I think it's time for everyone in Vol Nation to welcome him back to the team with open arms and to really show support for this kid! Anyways sorry if my rant don't make alot of sense in some places! I should've cooled off before I wrote this but just read all that I could handle!

Who did JJ victimize? Last I saw all charges were dropped! People like you kill me. The kid did absolutly nothing wrong except going to the store with a couple of complete morons! With such ignorant awnsers like what if it was your wife or mother. Come on dude. I'm glad your not a judge and dang sure wouldn't want you to be on a jury of my peers if you think the way you think. What country are you from? What happened to innocent until proven guilty? Guess you don't see that way! Maybe you should go pick another team to root for. The kid did nothing wrong so get off his back.
