No. Take your time and get it right. The lives of 3 young men are more important than the impatience of a few fans.

Responsible people eschew the "take your time" approach when confronted with questions of character. When people make bad choices, they must be held accountable. The issue is not fan impatience, it is university integrity. If the events of last week had involved a few rowdy fraternity boys rather than varsity athletes, the university would certainly not taken its time but would have acted decisively and expeditiously. And the university would have shown its character in doing so.

Duke acted quickly and firmly in their response and axed the lacrosse program, a national champ coach and ruined the lives of a few young men, only to find out months later the girl made the whole story up. We are getting ready to put an admitted terrorist that has proudly stated his guilt on trial in New York, and you expect the U to act quickly?! Those days are over...lawyers are in charge now and for good reason though they aren't high on my list! Kiffen will do the right thing in the end just chill.
