After 30 minutes I was told that channel is not available in my area. I said what are you talking about. He said the provider has chosen to black it out in your area. I said really, the SEC network is not going to provide it in Knoxville? I told him that was unacceptable (probably a little heated), then all of sudden click.

I've been a DirecTV customer since around 1995, this and the loss of Fox 43 may be the end of them.
