How are they so much different?
Gotta fight even harder to get anything from the university, NIL money, attention, etc, etc, in a "lesser" sport on campus. Still the pressure to put a winner on the field and play at high levels. Not a walk in the park gig by any means. Possibly a proportionately tougher job by comparison. Smaller squad to manage and keep intact, but I'd concede it doesn't go a whole lot further than that. You think at the baseball schools the pressure is any less to win??
