Find a sketchy article saying this and a buddy with reliable connections at IU, said this was true? Anyone know anything?

Saw a rumor that he was going to IU. Didn’t see anything that would indicate that it was anything other than his decision to try and advance his career.

He's listed as an assistant on the Daily Hoosier. If he's an assistant there, why wouldn't he stay at UT? I mean, we coulda/shoulda matched any offer. Pretty sure he was a strong recruiter.

Just to be clear I would never put any credence into this article normally. The only reason I am is my buddy who walked on at IU and has decent connections there asked me why we fired him. That was this morning.

Clark going to IU.
All my local IU buddies saying "This new guy is hiring everyone else's rejects.".
I responded to them that Clark recruited Knecht, Lanier, and Ament.

They quickly backed up.

My hope is Barnes plugs someone in that can recruit as well.

Who wrote that crap? End of an era? Full of unnamed sources close to the program, assumptions and innuendos.
Potentially damaging nonetheless - with no legal recourse to sue the author for liable, damages or punitive action.
