SC struggled with them until 4th qtr. I think his comments were more a PR statement to appease the SC fans because they didn't blow them out by touting GA St as not a cupcake team like probably a lot of SC fans thought. But if it was a little bit of a cheap shot at TN, then we deserved it. We lost to them, they didn't.

Solid point. That comment was just Beamer being insecure about blowback he was going to get for not looking better in the opener.
