I remember when Jason Witten dropped a pass from Clausen in the Swamp. It was a BAD drop. It was a big play. When Witten came off the field, he was met by Fulmer, who patted his helmet and said some encouraging words.

The moral of the story is that because CPF merely patted JW on the helmet and gave him words of encouragement, Tennessee went on get beat and beat badly and JW never learned his lesson. He continued to drop passes in big moments, so much so that no NFL team would take a chance on him. It's because of that moment of PC weakness that killed Jason Witten's career.
