In CBJ's press conference on Monday, I thought I heard her voice (whiny) asking a question. She called CBJ - Butch and not Coach Jones. It sounded strange.

She had a child

So, the good news is she is leaving the show. And the bad news is she is being fruitful and multiplying, and there will be more versions of her running around.

Do we call John Carpenter, George Romero, or Stephen King? Hey, both William Friedkin and W. P. Blatty are both still alive! Yeah, those guys!

Sports radio in Knoxville is horrendous. Instead of actually talking they would rather have mouth breathers call in and then go to endless commercials. If you want to hear how sports radio is supposed to sound, check out 1310 the ticket out of Dallas.

I only listen to Josh and Will. I can relate to their humor and Jacksonville radio is worse than doc Jeff and Heather by a mile.

Atlanta has some good sports talk too. Certainly better than the drivel in Knoxville. Ex-Georgia Bulldog QB Buck Belue has a good show that airs from noon to 3 pm weekdays on AM 680. Of course, it has a heavy Georgia and Atlanta sports flavor to it, but it is much more entertaining to listen to.

I recently moved from Knoxville over to Nashville and I must say sports radio is like a whole different world here. So much more professional and more enjoyable to listen to. 104.5 The Zone is great. I love The Wake Up Zone and The Midday 180, and the actual radio hosts are more knowledgeable I feel like.

Just a breath of fresh air after the garbage we have in Knoxville minus a few voices. Jimmy is just too old school for my taste. His show is incredibly boring.

You ever try Bill King on 560 in the morning? He is all college football

I don't understand the hate for Swain? I think he does a fine job, he's a VFL and loves Tennessee. He's a lot more knowledgeable than most of these cats doing sports radio. Ya know, because he actually played?

Most hate him for the way he handled a certain unmentionable situation last season.

Honestly it's not swain as much as it is that Stokes guy. His voice is nails on a chalkboard and he has nothing valuable to add but he talks like he does. I tried that show and didn't last more than a couple days
