So let me get this straight. I want you to think about this long and hard cause I know you're a Gator and not too bright. So you think students yelling FU at a ballgame is embarrassing but having fans physically assault opposing fans to the point it requires a hospital visit is just big boy sec football and if you don't like it you stay at home?

You mean like the UF fan who was assaulted by several UT fans in 1996, and spent several nights in the hospital recovering?
There's stories like that on both sides.
UT fans aren't all Eagle Scouts, and all UF fans aren't members of ISIS.
Nobody is claiming UT fans are angels. You're on a TN message board criticizing UT fans when your own fan base is just as bad. If you don't get where some might have a problem with that then you took more hits to the head in your playing days than you should have. You mean like the UF fan who was assaulted by several UT fans in 1996, and spent several nights in the hospital recovering?

No need for a personal attack IMO. However, from the stories I've heard, I will never attend a game in the Swamp. Some of my family went to a game there and witnessed an older lady having food and drinks thrown on her. I've also heard of assault and vandalism to Vol fans' cars as well. I don't condone the chant though. But, let's not act like FL fans and students have a stellar reputation.

I was at home so not offended personally. But as I heard it on the tv, really my first thought was that the fans doing that were embarrassing the University of Tennessee.
If I heard that at a UF game I know I'd feel embarrassed by it.
I'm on a UT message board responding to a thread about UT students making vulgar chants on national TV.
At no point have I said UF fans were angels, and I've gone as far to say if UF students chanted something similar I'd call them out on it.
The last thing I'd do is say...."well (insert school name)'s students suck too".
Of course we're not and of course you're not. I'd say we're pretty evenly classless. But you calling us classless with our chant is the pot calling the kettle black.
Do you know the word "irony"? You already defended the behavior of your Gator fans excusing it because it's big boy SEC football and you should stay home if you don't like it. Maybe you should stay home. Got a littleof your own medicine yesterday and all of asudden it's embarrassing. Lol. Oh and BTW I didn't like it either just find it ironic a Gator comes in here a) sanctimonious like. And, did you know your own Gator player, #9, was tossing Gatorade into the stands?
Acknowledging poor behavior by UF fans is not the same as defending or condoning it.
And you question my intelligence...
Did they to you to read? Where did I defend it? I said I didn't like it. I gave you the perfect opportunity to criticize your own fan base when I told you about my experience and you defended by saying that was to be expected and maybe I shouldn't attend road games. You or your fans have no right criticizing Vol fan's behavior. Your fan base is know as the lowest class group of fans in the SEC and probably the country. Calling out other fan bases is laughable.
