Yeah the concussion was the reason given but it is being speculated that this was not true?

I missed my grandfathers funereal for a little league baseball game. My parents were fine with it, after the funereal ended my whole family came to watch the end of the game. I also missed prom because of a American Legion game. My point is if you make a commitment to play a sport you should be there at all cost.

There was a guy that called Basillio last week and kept saying that Dooley suspended and one of his players for going to his grandmothers funeral as he knew the player, but wouldn't say his name. Basillio kept saying that is no way that is true, but the guy swore to it and told Basillio to call him off air and he would give him details.

It is good to see that in such a dark time in Tennessee football history there are people willing to review our posts on the internet and correct our misspellings. And for that I say Thank You!

Not true. Young receeved a concussion at USCjr. I actually remember the play.

The 3D cameras showed him looking a little unsteady on the sidelines....anyone else notice that? I think that were really showing dooley but young was standing next to him with back to the field and a trainer was talking to him and he was kinda wobbling

Why does he make up this garbage based on dumbass callers? I could call in with a baseless rumor and he do a show about it

If Basillo said it, it has to be false. Remember, he said Dooley would be fired anf he will try anything to make it happen.

Per Lou Reed, don't believe anything you hear and only half of what you see. it takes a lot more to be credible than making it through the rigorous screening process to get on-air with TB. It sounds like Basillio took the high road on this one. It is also possible the caller knew this kid and he did get suspended but it was for weed.
