Hello VOL fans! I'm a new member and 1st time poster.
I enjoy this site and look forward to reading and posting with ya'll.

In case you haven't heard, Tyler's granddaddy was 1st cousin to the GREAT Jim Thorpe, the greatest athlete of all time. I am truly looking forward to watching this guy play. I believe Tyler finished the season undefeated and his younger brother, Austin led the junior varsity team to a 10-0 season. He could be another brother in the wings.

p.s. The VOLS just picked up a huge fan base with the Indian Nation(s)!

nothing wrong with it, Just wish he woudn't wear that revolution helmet/facemask (its a stupid, personal peave of mine, I won't defend it as rational), it just looks so stupid.

By the way, i've been to several Penn State games, will put you to sleep.....

I've seen a 2008 picture of Tyler wearing #12. Peyton Manning is his hero and he has admitted to developing his game with PM as his example. Definetly not a bad choice to emulate.
PM was at K-town to dedicate, I think, the new locker room on the same day Tyler visited. TB commited not long after.

I'm sure he is talking about redeeming the #7 and it's last owner...Nuke. Before Nuke, Jerod Mayo wore it and I'm positive he isn't referring to Mayo in a negative light.

I remember watching PM play in his first few games as a freshman and I'm saying "Are you kidding me! Get that kid out of here! He is only playing because his dad was Archie Who Manning!" Of course before the year ended I was a believer.:good!:

Bray needs to quit throwin the ball around and throw some weight around. WoW ! I didn't know he was that skinny. This SEC defense is going to love this kid if he doesn't hit the weights.

I think it's funny you guys are so worried about Bray's weight. Most quarterbacks aren't very big in size anyway. He's not a linebacker for goodness sakes he's a QB . The guy has the height to see over the linemen and the accuracy and arm to sling the ball according to his recruiting so i don't see the big deal on his weight. If the line doesn't protect him, it doesn't matter if he's 350 lbs.

I totally agree whole year to learn the system will make him better...........but you know they want to play and I feel the main reason he chose Tennessee was the fact he knew he had a very good shot of walking in and walking on the field. If he does sit.....will he want to look at USC again. Just a thought......

Wow! The guy has been on campus less than a week; has not played in a single game; and you are already attacking him. I only hope other recruits do not read this forum.

I can only hope they realize that 99% of us have enough good judgment to actually see someone play before we make such statements, and hopefully it is after we have had a lot more to judge from if we do.

I am very glad to have Bray, and I hope he can just come close to being a Peyton Manning and I will be very happy.
