Did anyone catch Finebaum today?

Yes. every SEC school needs to back UT on this, because if this works against the Vols, every other big name SEC program becomes a Golden Goo$e too. It is not about UT Orange or Bama Crimson. it all comes down to the Green Benjamins.

It's everywhere. A quick Google search yields stories about lawsuits at Brown, Northwestern and Michigan State. That's not to say they're not valid claims, but it's clear that this is going to be more prevalent.

He should have just stuck to Twitter. Nothing good can come from his unscripted and likely emotional appearance on tv

I thought the same thing. Former players are going to come off as de facto representatives of the school. Plus,if they aren't careful, they'll become accidental witnesses.

I'm sure several current and former players will be witnesses if this goes to civil trial.

When it happens at FL State or anywhere else everyone piles it on them. When it happens here there are always excuses or girls have no rights if they are at a party late at night. Some seriously sick people here. Take responsibility and quit making excuses for these thugs. There is a huge double standard. 95% of the team are good guys but quit taking up for the 5% that are criminals.

I don't know what is more ridiculous, your attempt to troll or the 6 fools that liked your post.

I thought he represented well. Vols that are no longer active at the school should feel free to air their thoughts. Sitting and waiting for the next outside potshot ain't good neither.

They're not bound by anything. Speak up if you want VFLs! :yess:

Easy for fans to get sucked in to the media frenzy, but hearing it straight from the mouth of a player who was in the locker room and knows our coach personally, I'm siding with the VFL.

A guy just called in from Kentucky asking if the "death penalty" would apply to the situation at UT. He shouldn't get his hopes up, even if UT got the death penalty, Kentucky would still lose to UT.

HORSE****.
FSU gets a parking ticket for the same thing Tennessee get the chair for.Get off the internet, your dinner's ready downstairs.

Florida State is relevant. Tennessee is not. At least they get criminals who can win big games.

I didn't catch Finebaum this particular day, I did see his show last year.
But back then he was nitpicking UT, butt kissing Saban and letting screaming rednecks control the show.

Not sure what is happening these days :D

Nitpicking has escalated to lambasting, butt kissing has progressed to Saban worship and the necks are louder, redder and meaner.

The SECN is proud.

I love the Cincinnati Reds but they have not been relevant in 10 years. You can't argue that Tennessee has been relevant in the last 10 years. I just get sick of hearing "Finebaum hates us, ESPN hates us, Vern Lundquist hates us, etc. It gets old. Who cares what a commentator says. It doesn't matter. What does that have to do with winning or losing? If a team has sucked for the last 10 years what do you expect them to say.

Say hi for me to the Reds on their fan site...right before you tell them how much they suck. :salute: Saw on your third or fourth post (ever) that you're a Georgia fan. They haven't been "relevant"' since 1980. Have you informed them? :). Anyway, great stuff! Ignore time...:gone:
