Has Dick Vitale ever called a Tennessee game? Everytime he is on tv it seems he always doing a Duke/Unc game.

If I'm not mistaken, the TN-FLA game next Tuesday is the 9:00 game on ESPN. It's a possibility him and his crew could call that game...

i didn't know it is coming on ESPN. i have a good feeling about this game being at night and on ESPN

There was some talk that he was anti-Pearl over the whole tape-recordings issue. I don't know about that. But, I did hear that he would be calling the TN-FLA game.

I'm gonna bet on Brad Nessler and Jimmy Dykes doing the UF/UT game next week, which isn't all that bad.

That old owl is starting to hinder college basketball more than he helps it.. His bias is very evident when you hear him speak of certain programs and coaches..

I honestly do not mind him and his bias. I mean, if you step back and look at it, the programs/coaches he is bias toward have all earned it. Yes, he is in love with Duke/UNC/Kentucky/UCLA/Kansas/Florida/Bob Knight, etc, but every one of them have earned it. He has given NUMEROUS props to Pearl and Chris Lofton over the past 2 years. If Pearl gets this program to where he wants it to go, Dickie V will be on his N**S before it is all said and done with. I think he brings alot of enthusiasm to the college game that is welcome with me anytime...

I'm on the fence about Dickie V. Which means I could give two ***** if he announces one of our games or not.

I cant stand him. He never stops talking the WHOLE DAMN GAME about nothing. Duke or UNC could have a losing season and he would still think they should be in the NCAA Tournament. He is just annoying.

I'll be at the game, so I won't have to be annoyed by Vitale gushing of Noah, Horford, and Billy Donovan all night long ... 'cause you KNOW that's what he'll be doing ...

That's not true about him thinking Duke and Carolina should be in no matter what. When Carolina was bad, he was the first to admit it. And this year when Duke was losing, he was the first to say they did not deserve to be ranked. He did, however give the excuses that they are young and will learn, but hell, those are the same things we say on here after we lose a tough one.

Vitale knows his basketball for the most part, he is just frickin annoying as hell. He moans like a frickin wildabeast when he goes ooouuuaaahooohoaooaohhah baaabyyyy oohhahhaoaauuuuuaoauuahah.
