As of right now it is a live auction house for in-game gold. Within a couple weeks they plan to release or change it to real money. You will be able to convert gold to $ or PayPal

Its gona be a small amount I bet, maybe like $2, for like 10hrs worth of game play, lolz But Blizzard gona make a huge amount of the % they get. lol

If its gonna have a working economy the price would be higher than that. Back when I played MMOs, I would've paid $5 to cut out a few hours of grinding, and I wouldn't grind for a few hours and part with my stuff for any less.

Where everyone at? I'm a lvl 50 Monk at Diablo in Nightmare. Only tried about 5 times... don't have any problems until the third stage of fighting him, then I get smashed. Had him down to about 1/4 health one time and he one-shotted me.

Been enjoying the game, but already think I have hit a bit of a wall. Drops aren't very good, so I'm having a hard time upgrading gear, even with the auction house.

Went back and farmed some to buy some better gear at the auction house. After that managed Diablo in nightmare without too much difficulty. Didn't have any issues with act 1 Hell... but about halfway through act 2 I have been running into champion packs that are just impossible for me to get any damage on.

Level 56 Monk now... almost 5,000 armor. Just don't get how you are supposed to survive some of these champion packs as a melee character. :/

I'm just now into nightmare on my barb... Want to try a monk and witch doctor out before I keep leveling though.

Farmed more... once I leveled to 57 I started finding more gear that was better than what I already had, and I bought a couple of things... then I changed my build to give me some more armor buffs. Now I have about 6,000 armor with passives, and almost 9,000 armor in battle. 74% reduction in damage. Working really well.

With three weapon changes since I hit 57 I now deal 8,100 dps. I'm not sure how some demon hunters and barbarians are doing 30-40k dps. I guess we will see once I hit 60 and fill out with level 60 gear.

damn I thought my awesome 60 dps 1hand sword was awesome.. funny enough I was using a 36 dps sword so I was amazed when I put a Ruby in it and it jumped that high...

I'm dual wielding atm.. I want to just use a 2h but never find a good enough 2h.

Do you use a 1h and shield?

+1 i'm midway thru act 2 hell diff. and first time ive really struggled. WD btw.

its not really an mmo at all.. you can only play with 3 friends.. the only mmo aspect is the auction house to buy gear and gems off of.. I suppose when they add pvp it will make it slightly more mmoish but still way different.

Is there a gap difference between levels you can play with? How do you handle wanting to play with friends that aren't at the same point in the game as you?
