2012 De'Vinner Elite Football Combine


Does anybody know if this is open to the public? It's 10 minutes from my house and I wouldn't mind checking some of these prospects out. I called D-1 yesterday afternoon to find out & the girl I talked to wasn't sure so she took my phone # & said she'd find out & call me back. Well, she didn't call me back so I emailed the guy who's email is listed at the bottom of the page I linked. Still nothing. Just wondering if anybody had any info about it being open to public or not.

Idk if it's opened to the public or not but it's supposed to be streamed live online.

Either way I'm not going to waste my time supporting that POS.

He's the guy that was shady with Kimbrow, I think. Might be a "runner".

(Go spy on him for us) :)

He's a "handler", he steers recruits from Tennessee. He has openly critized our coaches.

Also, there is a women poster over on VQ who critized DeVinner on there one time & DeVinner went off on the poster over the radio & used multiple curse words & called her a b****.

He's a POS.

Wow. He sounds like a real class act. Must be a bammer lol. Why does he hate on UT & steer kids away? Sorry for my ignorance, I've never heard of the guy.

I actually don't know the reason. But he was behind the Kimbrow & Redmond recuitment last year.

He also made the comment that Coach Joseph wasn't black enough to recruit Memphis kids.

I just hope the NCAA is paying attention to this guy. How do pieces of human excrement get positions of influence with these kids anyway?

yall keep calling dude names as if he is the reason Kimbrow didnt come to UTk.

either way, CY reported that him and Dooley are repairing their relationship.

He was shopping Kimbrow around to schools and Tennessee didn't feel it was worth the risk after seeing his attitude at one of the camps.

At least, that's what a prominent sportswriter in Nashville told me.

All the problems between UT and DeVinner are in the past. The only issue was T Joseph and C Baggett. Everything is cool now. Plus plus D Ansley is a really good friend of Byron's. Btw he didn't push anyone anywhere.

Thank god. Someone with some sense.

Does anyone really think he is dumb enough to possibly get caught by the NCAA for handling kids like that? He wants to be a college coach(was the runner up for the Mississippi State recruiting coordinator job) so he will not take a chance at something like that so stupid.

I know him really well(part of the reason I know the recruits well) and all he wants to do is take kids out of the hood, bad places and give them a chance to make it themselves.

Yes he had a bad relationship with UT but it is now fixed as he is now good friends with Dooley and one of his childhood friends(Ansley i think) is on your staff so yall are good.

Believe me or not but all that is true and he is not a fan of one specific team. And he lets all his "guys" make their own decisions.

Byron was my coach about five years ago here in murfreesboro. He was a nice guy then, but I think once he started getting involved in HS and trying to coach on a few HS teams he became a snake. After him and riverdale parted ways he blasted them on the radio and papers iirc about how they have multiple players that are illegally playing there. it was later proven that they were in riverdale zoning. The whole Elder thing does not surprise me at all. JMO
