Did the VoG on hard last night and only got the speeder. I believe it's called TimeBreaker
or something like that. Some of you know what it's called....
I was disappointed, hoping for another vision, vex, fatebringer, ghorn...

May your luck be better than mine. Got multiple Timebreaker XVOs before I ever saw Vex/Fatebringer.

I think normal difficulty has a better chance of dropping VoC.

Got back up to level 30..........nightfall is within reach.........on a side note I am intrigued by nechrocasm and have been trying to get the basic gun from the knight with the sword........this gonna be interesting

tried running the end of crota raid last night with 3 others. we got nowhere. team leader said he knew how to cheese it but we still got nowhere. i kept running into their spawn holes.

Got on a roll in some control crucible last night...
Used Atheons Ep, void shotgun, void rocket launcher.

I think you need to have a titan to make the jump at the start. While everyone else stays back and shoots thrall.
Once he makes the jump he can get to the first bridge.
Activate and kill the ogre. After killing ogre he needs to get across bridge then everyone will get first drop.

we got stuck in the lamp section. never made it past that.

i may not have referred to the correct raid.

In the lamp section you can jump off a rock at the second lamp. All the classes can do it but Titan is easiest, then Warlock. Hunter can do it but it's a pain in the arse.

Plenty of videos on youtube. First one I saw is below.

Feel free to go down by yourself and try to do pull this off. It's not very hard if you give it a few tries and half an hour or hour of your time. Once you get it down, you can solo that part any time and help friends, etc.

As much crap as people give the Crota raid, I found it really fun to solo all the parts. It was difficult at level 32 the first few times. I think it's fun to also run it legit. But, cheese is usually quicker which is what people usually want.

We tried to find the chest too, in the lamp section. but never could find it. apparently that's half the reason to do it.

what does jumping off the rock do? *edit* i guess i could watch the video but i am at work.

There are ~7 (don't remember exactly) doors in there. The chest spawns in one randomly each time you die.

So, just follow the path ahead to the first path that goes left. There is a door at the end of that path. If no chest is there, kill yourself and try again. When a chest is there, a light will be on above the door. But, until you find the chest first time, you probably have no idea what it'll actually look like or exactly where.

It's random. May take 1 try to find it, may take 15. You get loot from it once a week. It's either 2 radiant shards or energy.

Jump off the rock to skip part of the map and keep adds from coming until the very end. (It's in the video)
