or something else besides the enemy with my nova bomb!!!! LOL

The only time I tried the Trials, won 5 in a row, than got our butts handed to us.
I would like to try it again, hopefully I can find 2 more that will do it with me!
I have 240 passages coins so I can run trials many times....LOL

In case you haven't seen the weekly update tonight, it's a big one. This is the last week of Year 1 Destiny. 2.0 on the 8th is going to change up a lot things. New ghost, weapons rebalance, change of currency, etc.

Biggest news is new crucible next week. We can't use the new subclasses yet, but they are launching the new maps and modes. I figured it would be another slow week in Destiny next week. This is great.

Mine took over 5 hours to download Tuesday night.....

I first thought Bungie said no nightfall or weekly this week, I've been able to do both with all 3 characters....
Just passing the info if no one has tried yet........

Other than that, I'm not really doing any quests this week or bounties (nothing really to rank up). I don't think all the rewards are unlocked yet and many speculate you wont retroactively get these rewards (I think bungie's commented this too).

Patrol missions are much quicker/easier now. Triggered a kill everything mission as a public event was starting. My patrol bounty was done before the public event. So much better than doing 6 missions like old times.

I'm the world's worst at learning new maps. Some of these new additions to control are annoying me currently. Oh well. Guess I just need to play more.

Looking forward to next week.

finally finished after I went to bed. Hopped on this morning to see what was going on. Was confused with the Exotic Weapon/Armor things. it only listed stuff I have currently equipped. Didn't notice if the "new" ones had better stats or what, not sure what you are supposed to do there. I have two exotic weapons in my inventory, rocket launcher equipped, sniper inventoried. Only the rocket launcher showed up?

Not all exotics have a year 2 version. In the "vault" terminal for exotics, there is a second page that shows Year 1 weapons. The first page you see are Year 2 exotics you can craft if you've already found that weapon once. But, I think you need the new currency to craft a new one, so that'll be locked until next week.

And yes, the Year 2 versions should be slightly different and have much greater attack values.

PSA: Can't shoot yourself in the foot, in water, to kill yourself now. However, you can stand in a dead enemy's body and kill yourself by shooting yourself in the foot.
