I decided to solo the entire raid on normal. Crota took me awhile. Enjoyed the challenge.

Here's the video of Crota, the last section. After Ogres, there's about 1:45 of me waiting for Crota to move. Playing it safe after so many failed attempts on the 3rd sword. Really should have been 2 swords but one was a hair too far from the platform.

That's awesome. Did you use the sword to glide to the left of the bridge?

Yes. I go where the bridge should be then veer off to the left after about halfway. Once I got that jump down a few weeks ago, I rarely miss now.

Deathsinger was somewhat difficult. That part took me a couple hours. I always ended up needing a couple more seconds. Finally it worked. Now that I have a system, I don't think it would be too bad.

EDIT: Awesome Chrome Extension here that allows you to manage weapons/armor/items. Easier to use than Bungie's site/app. https://chrome.google.com/webstore/...hdckhdagna/reviews?utm_source=chrome-ntp-icon

I was wondering how you did the Deathsinger. Guessing black hammer and Ghorn did the trick.

Did it again tonight. It was fun. Probably last time I'll solo the last two parts unless I'm really bored.

Also, that Chrome extension is nice. You can equip weapons and armor from one character to another with 1 click. No putting it in the vault, removing, equiping it...just click equip for the character you want to have it. (looked at it some more tonight)

Haven't looked myself but my roommate says you can do preset load outs and equip it all with a click.

Got Orange and myself carried a friend (level 27) through his first nightfall. He gets Suros. Then we do VOG on normal (also his first run) and he gets Red Death.

What level are you? We have been running BigDaddy and another guy through the campaign leveling up their new characters.

Basically, the quicker you can get to level 20, the better. Do all bounties asap and all story missions.

Last night I had guys just shooting at me like idiots. The game can be so fun, but it can also be annoying if you get with the wrong people.

I can do quests now. I ran into some really tough guys that kept saying immuned no matter what I hit them with. I even got the sword and they still weren't hurt by it. Their level just has question marks.

That's what happens when they're too strong for you at your current level. I want to say question marks mean they're at least 4 levels higher? But I can't be certain.

If you see questions marks either avoid them for now, or run with a group that has some higher level people.

Makes sense. I am level 4 and they are level 20. No wonder lol. The Other guys on the map wouldn't come over at all and help.

I got that sword after killing the guy for it and I was like I'll show you guys.. Ran up to them and got f'ed up lol.
