Any One players here? I want to do some VOG runs, Weekly Strikes and Crucible.

Since switching to a new auto rifle I can't stop murdering the other team, I just can't. Not that I'm trying to stop but it's getting absurd.

And I can't remember if anyone answered but I remember someone asking if you can get rewards for normal and hard raid.

You can. I ran the raid start to finish on normal yesterday. I got picked up tonight to help people with the vault portion of the raid on hard. Got corrective measure for the first part and ascendant shard and a ship for beating atheon.

You all may have discussed this in the past but I've been told a new raid is coming soon!!!!!!!

BigSlk - The new raid should be open around the 16th.


If PS4 players need to run the VoG before the reset, Freak and I are planning to run it about 9:30-10 tonight.

I doubt I'll be running it on normal any more. I don't have time to run it twice each week on both characters.

I got Fatebringer last night. There are a few more weapons I want, but Fatebringer sounds bad freakin ass. I can't wait to level it up. Precision kills increase reload speed and cause the enemy to explode? Are you kidding? I hope it deals considerable area of effect damage and it isn't just something that sounds cool. Plus ridiculous impact and a 12 round magazine. Sounds like a better hand cannon than any of the exotics, IMO.

I hate that by the time I get my raid weapons maxed we'll be on a new raid where oracle disruptor won't matter.

Yeah, to me anything that has Oracle Disruptor is a "raid weapon." I guess I have to specify "VoG weapon" after the DLC comes out.

I have several other weapons that have dropped from the raid that are exotics but aren't unique to the raid. I got a Plan C last night that I don't want. I have plenty of weapons to dismantle if I ever need ascendant energy. But as a collector, I'll just keep them unless I need the energy.

I collect a lot, too. Figured if I keep doing the Nightfall or weekly I should keep a variety of elemental damage weapons.

Yeah, I think I've all but abandoned the Nightfall and Weekly Heroic strikes. I just don't have time for everything. The raid is the most fun. The rest have gotten old.

do raids allow for more than 3 players? I just unlocked nightfall and got my first piece of legendary armor that fits my class

Thrasher, by all accounts I've seen, the Fatebringer is solid. Did you get it from VOG on hard mode?

Freak and I did the raid again last night. First drop was the gloves I needed.

I'm all good now. Just have to level them up.

Freak finally got a weapon for the first time in the Vault. (VoC) I got my third Atheon Ep and 4th set of boots as well.

I've been playing some Iron Banner, hopefully to buy some boots.......

Played the raid again last night for the 40th time. Nothing again..... Accept the usual shard and energy.

first off, hard mode is no joke.. got my boots finally.. and jeez that one dude (dont die) was too much.. i had been playing for 8 hours so glad to have the gatekeeper chckpoint.. freak and rosen ty.. i might be level 30 by tomorrow.. will knock hell out some bounties.. maybe freak will have his swarm leveled some too

Finally, ran the raid twice last night. Got boots for my Titan, G Horn, and shot gun. Than ran it with my Hunter and got boots and shot gun.....

Sweet. That's not a bad day in the vault.

Had a good laugh last night when Freak and I did the Nightfall on one of our characters. I got an exotic gun, Freak got Titan gloves for his Warlock.

Also, chuckled when Freak got 2 pairs of boots on a single drop on Hard Mode. What are the odds they both come up boots? lol

What so funny in the raid is the part before you get to the final boss. Where you have to jump from the rocks to the ledge. No matter how many times you do it someone always doesn't make it. like me once last night :thud:

This game is addicted, I'm 52 and love it. I don't take it as serious as some. I love to play.

Thinking about hitting BF4 again, haven't played since Destiny. Heard the new download is huge.....:hi:
