Sweet. Side bar, he was a freshman DB when I was a student trainer for football at Troy (2001, my senior year). We won the Southland that year and lost in the semi's to Appy State. Hopefully, I can bump into him at the Spring Game with my ring on and reminisce a little bit. I'm excited about him. Looks like a good hire....

People need to realize that the head coaching/assistant coaching world is basically hired guns (mercenaries) in today's college/pro football world. Do you think Saban has any loyalty to Bama other than a fat paycheck. Right up until someone else offers him more. Not saying it's right, but just that's what it is.
