If the decision hasn't already been made to hire someone else then I hope he can turn it around. Dooley at least seems to be willing to try and fix things unlike our past which always went with the same ole same ole approach. Would love the excitement Gruden would bring, but in the end I just want the Big Orange to win. If Dooley can get it done then that's fine with me.
