Yes, we all agree that tonight sucked, but I see a star being built in Dooley. I love his fire and intensity and most of all his embracing of what it means to be a Vol. Who is with me supporting this man who will get us back on top?

I'm just worried he's in over his head. I'm with him and hope the best for him, but this is the second straight week we have been lost on D. It's not a personnel thing, we are just lost.

I had no idea that we had players on the board.

I'm with you. Saban and Meyer coached teams get called for too many men/illegal subs, etc. But no one is calling them out for it.These players are 18-22 year old ADULTS, CDD shouldn't have to go out on the field with them and say "here sweetheart, you line up over here,".
Just sayin' :whistling:

With our football situation what head coach wouldn't be in over their head? I mean really. Kentucky probably has a better team than we do. Get real!

Dooley will be remembered as a great one. Those predicting his firing in two years are going to look as idiotic as the fools on here who said that Pearl would be gone within 2-3 years.

Now where is that troll thread?

I do support him. It's just tough when stuff like this happens.

Side note: Padres are holding strong.

Who, Vince? At what point did one of BP's teams make any egregious mental errors in crunch time that probably cost them their only chance to win a game in the SEC all season? This is a horribly coached football team right now. Getting 11 people on the field is the single most fundamental part of the game and they can't even get that right. Last week it was having 10 men on several key defensive plays, and today it was 13 on the final. Absolutely inexcusable.

I believe once the smoke clears from this experience, Dooley will be able to salvage a respectable season. He brings a fire, passion, and desire to be the best that we haven't had in a while. As utterly disappointing as this was, let's accept it and get ready for UGA. There are still 7 games to be played. Today and always, it's great to be a Tennessee Vol!!

How about this, if UT does not win 2 SEC games, I will quit posting on here permanently. and if they win 1 SEC game you will quit posting on here permanently...

Just curious, but what 2 games do you see us winning? Ole Miss is getting better each week. Maybe they have a chance against Vandy, but other than that I don't see it. I think people are really underestimating the devastating effect today's game will have on this team going forward. Playing your hearts out and having a coaching blunder cost you a win you earned will certainly not inspire players confidence in this staff.

Pretty sure there's still time left on the clock on Pearl. I wouldn't be too comfortable in my job if I had just finished lying to the governing body of my profession.

Hell, I was talking about the MHF prediction. One in every 38 coming true isn't great odds
