They're aren't 17 better players in the country. He's going to be the only reason I watch Tennessee's bowl game.If he's not taken top five in the draft ?! Someone is getting a steal.

These are not draft prospects. Tebow was probably the number 1 college player and look where he got drafted.

Allen plays both DE and DT, so I would actually say that Barnett is the best pure DE while Allen is the best lineman and best defensive player overall.

You could argue that #18 is a little low, but it's at worst somewhere in the ballpark. He's been a great college football player. Very interested to see how much of his game/skill/ability translate to the NFL.

Jonathan Allen is overrated. Dude will get exposed in the NFL for the average player he is soon enough. He's just another in the long line of overrated Alabama players.

I love how overrated Jonathan Allen has become. Dude is not even the best defensive lineman on his own team (that would be Daron Payne).

And he's nowhere close to being to being the best defensive lineman in the country. That would be Myles Garrett aka Bruce Smith 2.0.

I was making two separate points big man. There aren't 17 better players in the country better than DB, period. If he's not drafted top five, someone's getting a steal, period.

Not really.

Barnett is a Michael Bennett (Seahawks) or Charles Johnson (Panthers) caliber DE at the next level. Good prospect. Not great.

He's a low 1st round/early 2nd round prospect in value IMO.
