Depth Chart after Spring Practice

Seems like the kids we are bringing in have good character. Art Evans enrolled early, Eric Berry wouldn't be so highly ranked if he didn't have great character, and I haven't heard anything bad about the rest of the bunch that would lead me to believe they will cause trouble off the field. Of course I never thought anything about Morley and look what happened to him.

and Fellows... and Wardlow... and Johnson... My money is on their character has improved since last year. Hopefully they've grown up a bit over the offseason.

That's not true at all. Character is probably the smallest contributing factor to a player's star rating.

he is a good kid though. He's in NHS and he has a 3.8 gpa.

Agreed. That's something coaches need to look for, but they have to investigate a little further than their Rivals profile.

Frankly, that's the one that scares me more than anything. We've had it pretty good the last few years with Wilhoit. Inconsistency at PK starts affecting playcalling, field position and the scoreboard.

It's his best position. The coaches have said it many times.

He has put on weight since being moved to safety.

That really is true. Part of the reason that we even had a shot at the end of the game last year against them was because they couldn't hit a FG.
