Depressing stat

Mizzou and KY will be a much harder game than we are crediting them for. Our O line gives up 5 sacks to an FCS school, and those two teams have a much better defense than we have O line. I hate to think it, but it is looking more like another 5 - 7 year. Maybe one of them will have a terrible game.

Also note that we will have two weeks to prepare for Kentucky and our best performance so far this season was without a doubt UGA which followed an open date. I think people are overreacting to Kentucky. This is not the first time this program has teased (see 2007 when they beat LSU who won it all).

I agree there are no sure wins with this team. However, watching Mizzou yesterday, Mauk seems to have his own agenda, and badly telegraphs his passes. That combined with his receivers not catching the ball made it impossible for their offense to move the ball. UGA did not even get very much pressure on him and forced mistakes. Yes, Their Dline is pretty good, but no better than what we've already faced and the LB's abd secondary are nowhere near as good as FL. Not saying we do beat them, just that they were overrated being ranked at all IMO.

UT is 1 of only 5 power conference teams to not reach a bowl game in the last 3 years (UK, Kansas, Colorado, and one more team I can't remember). Wow! Unbelievable.

We are the only power 5 team to hire Dooley.

Man that is depressing. May not make one this year. We're gonna have to beat a team we're not supposed to.

I'm sorry but this is too much...We're not supposed to beat Mizzou (at home), Kentucky (at home) or Vandy? Look at Kentucky's schedule. They could be on a 4 game losing streak when they come to Knox...Geez.
